Elle poss\u00e8de un filetage m\u00e2le d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et femelle de l\u2019autre pour s\u2019intercaler entre une cam\u00e9ra et un accessoire optique compatible.<\/p>\n<p>Son usage principal est le r\u00e9glage de la distance entre le capteur et un correcteur ou r\u00e9ducteur. Elle peut aussi \u00e9carter deux accessoires m\u00e9caniques qui se g\u00eanent, par exemple une roue \u00e0 filtres et un diviseur optique. La bonne distance finale d\u00e9pend de la prescription du correcteur, pas de la seule longueur de cette bague.<\/p>\n<p>La pi\u00e8ce est en aluminium anodis\u00e9 noir \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Une surface ext\u00e9rieure molet\u00e9e facilite le vissage et le d\u00e9vissage. Plusieurs allonges M48 peuvent \u00eatre assembl\u00e9es ; des cales compatibles de 0,5 ou 1 mm permettent un r\u00e9glage plus fin.
