Its design is also compatible with Arca-Swiss-style clamp-on photography heads.

One stand, two uses

When mounted on clamps, the bar connects the tube to the mount; when mounted on a camera or video camera, it allows for attachment to a compatible interface. When positioned above the clamps, it can also serve as a mount for accessories or connect mechanical components.

Assembly with PLUS

The holes are designed for mounting clamps, guide clamps, grips, and EAGLE computers. Two additional clamps allow you to set up a parallel mounting plate. These components are optional add-ons; they are not included with the rod. Arca-Swiss compatibility is explicitly stated for this model and should not be assumed for all Vixen rods.

Technical specifications

Reference

PLLVIX350P

Length

350 mm

Mass

0.4 kg

Clamp Profiles

Vixen and Arca-Swiss

Material

CNC-machined and anodized aluminum

Fasteners

Threaded holes and lights, PLUS interfaces

PrimaLuceLab Official Fact Sheet

The 350-mm PrimaLuceLab Vixen PLUS rod accommodates a telescope or camera mounted on a Vixen clamp mount.
