The 645-mm PrimaLuceLab PLUS mount provides a mechanical connection to a Losmandy-style clamp.<\/p>\n
The 645 mm version can be mounted parallel to an 8-inch Celestron EdgeHD equipped with its original aluminum dew shield, using the PLLSAG925 curved blocks. Mounting an ALTO-2 requires a PLLMORVLP clamp; these are additional components, not a included set.<\/p>\n
It can be placed under the clamps to secure the telescope, or above them to hold other accessories. The holes and slots in the PLUS system allow you to combine support clamps, guide clamps, and grips depending on the setup you need.<\/p>\n
The body is machined from a solid block of aluminum, then sandblasted and anodized. The length should be chosen based on the placement of the clamps and accessories. The equipment shown in the installation examples is not included with the mounting plate.<\/p>\n
