The Celestron SkyMaster 25×70 binoculars combine high magnification with 70-mm objective lenses. Celestron designed them for both astronomical and terrestrial observation; the included tripod adapter helps stabilize the binoculars during extended observations.
The angular field of view is 2.7°, and the linear field of view ranges from 47 m to 1,000 m. BaK-4 prisms and multi-coated optics are part of the optical design specified by Celestron. The central focus control adjusts both optical paths; the diopter adjustment allows for individual eye correction.
