Baader 2451734 - Dovetail bar for Celestron C8 / EdgeHD 800 (Vixen profile)
Designed for Celestron C8 and EdgeHD 800 tubes, Baader dovetail bar 2451734 is machined in
aluminum to offer a high rigidity with a contained weight. Anodizing orange ensures
excellent resistance to oxidation and integrates perfectly with Celestron optics.

Drilling and threading
The central groove incorporates three fastening points:
- Right: smooth hole 1.25″ and M6.
- Left: 1.25″ thread.
- On the left side : second thread 1.25″.

Parallel mounting & accessories
The bar can be mounted in opposition to the main dovetail or anywhere on the tube (fork
with two arms), to add :
- Tube counterweight for fine balancing,

- Photo holder for heavier accessories,
- Carrying handle practical.
