The Acuter brand has established itself as a world reference in amateur and educational astronomy, thanks to its innovative, reliable and high-performance instruments. Visit Acuter Voyager MAK90-FAST is no exception, standing out as a compact, powerful and extremely versatile telescope. Designed to meet the needs of astronomy enthusiasts and nature observers alike, this instrument combines optical quality, ease of use and portability.
With a diameter of 90 mm and based on a Maksutov-Cassegrain optical design, this telescope offers excellent resolution and remarkable contrast. It is particularly well suited to observing double stars, details of the lunar surface and bright planets. Thanks to its rectified and perfectly corrected image, it can also be used for terrestrial observation, whether for landscape, wildlife or sport shooting.
One of the MAK90-FAST's major strengths is its innovative focusing system. In contrast to traditional rotary-wheel systems, this model incorporates an integrated focuser with friction drive with dual control. This patented system enables fast, smooth and precise adjustment. It is accompanied by a focusing distance indicator, clearly showing the optimum positions for distances of 8 meters, 17 meters and infinity. This innovation makes focusing particularly intuitive and fast, even for beginners.
The optical system benefits from a multi-coating that optimizes light transmission, enhancing contrast and image sharpness. With a focal length of 1170 mm (f/13), this telescope is ideal for detailed observations at high magnification. The supplied 20 mm eyepiece provides 58.5x magnification with a wide 70° apparent field, offering an immersive and comfortable experience.
The Voyager MAK90-FAST is also designed for mobility. Compact and lightweight (just 1.9 kg), it's easy to transport thanks to the included carrying case. Whether for an impromptu night out or a trip, it can be taken anywhere without constraint. Its compact length makes it particularly practical for use in the field.
This telescope comes with a complete set of accessories for immediate use:
The smartphone adapter makes it easy to immortalize your celestial and terrestrial observations. Simply attach your phone to capture the Moon, landscapes or distant objects. This makes it an excellent teaching tool and an ideal companion for sharing your discoveries.
Finally, the telescope is upgradeable thanks to its compatibility with standard 1.25″ eyepieces, allowing you to increase magnifications and adapt your experience to your needs. It also features a 45 mm dovetail-type mounting bar for easy installation on various supports.
