The Sky-Watcher Evolux 82ED is a lightweight, high-performance apochromatic refractor, ideal for wide-field astrophotography. It follows in the footsteps of the Evolux series, designed for demanding users seeking irreproachable optical quality without compromising on compactness and price.
Thanks to its ED lens design and high-transmission multilayer coatings, the Evolux 82ED delivers perfectly punctual stars with high contrast and no visible chromatic aberration. It is ideal for APS-C sensors and can be optimized with the reducer / corrector 0.9x (optional)which lowers the focal length to 477mm (f/5.8) while flattening the field.
