The adapter Sky-Watcher SmartPhoto™ allows you to easily capture photos and videos with a smartphone directly through the eyepiece of your telescope. Designed for astronomy and terrestrial observation, it offers a simple, practical solution for taking images of the Moon, planets or landscapes observed through a telescope.
Unlike many smartphone adapters that are more complex to set up, the SmartPhoto™ has been designed for fast, intuitive use. The phone is held firmly thanks to jaws with foam protection preventing scratches and ensuring excellent stability during use.
Centering the smartphone camera on the eyepiece is easily achieved by loosening the adjustment screw to move the phone forwards, backwards or sideways. Once aligned, the adapter is securely fastened to the eyepiece by two plastic screws.
The SmartPhoto™ is compatible with Sky-Watcher eyepieces. Super-MA, Super Plössl and Ultrawide 1.25” (rubber eyecup removed), as well as with many other brands” standard 1.25" eyepieces up to 34 mm in diameter.
Compatible with most modern smartphones between 54 and 90 mm, This adapter is the ideal accessory for an easy start in astrophotography with a cell phone.
