BRESSER MikroCam PRO HDMI autofocus microscope camera - Full HD 60 fps, HDMI/Wi-Fi, autofocus by sensor displacement
Visit BRESSER MikroCam PRO HDMI Autofocus is a camera designed to transform a trinocular microscope into a workstation.
display/measurement highly efficient, no PC required. DNA: real-time HDMI output (no latency),
autofocus (with large beach), and screen + mouse“ workflow” for industry, education and quality control,
presentation and documentation.
Why this model is different
- Integrated autofocus Focusing is done without touching the microscope's knobs, using a sensor displacement
(race announced 16 mm). Useful for saving time, reducing handling and standardizing rendering.
- Easy perfuming on many trinocular microscopes: autofocus helps to achieve consistent sharpness between
visual observation and camera (practical in multi-user environments).
- Full HD 60 fps via HDMI fluid image for inspection, demonstration and rapid decision-making.
- Industry functions“ OSD menu, WDR (extended dynamic range), measure (after calibration), recording options.
Typical use cases
- Workshop / Industry surface control, component inspection, sorting, rapid analysis (entry-level “machine vision” camera).
- Education / training HDMI screen projection for group work, with no need to set up a computer.
- Demanding techniques : recommended by the manufacturer for black background or phase contrast thanks to the right sensitivity.
- Documentation photo/video capture directly onto media (depending on SD configuration).
Connections & operation (to be fully understood)
- Main output: HDMI (monitor/TV). Zero-delay live image.
- Control: USB mouse via on-screen menu (OSD).
- SD card recording Possible (card not included), max 32 GB).
- Wi-Fi image broadcasting over a network (announced data rate up to 25 fps in Wi-Fi, versus 60 fps HDMI).
- No PC connection via USB for imaging on this model (the manufacturer will refer you to another reference if you need USB).
Autofocus: focusing range (manufacturer's data)
The camera covers a wide focusing range around the C-mount distance :
-5.4 mm (forward) to +10.6 mm (inwards), with the possibility of manual focus via mouse
and limit the focus area if necessary.
Measurement & calibration
Visit measurement function is performed via the on-screen menu, and requires a micrometric object for calibration
(e.g. ref. mentioned : 5916720). Without calibration, measurements are not metrologically reliable.

Choose if... / Avoid if...
- Choose if you want a system stand-alone (HDMI display), fluid, easy to operate,
oriented inspection / presentation / QC, with autofocus and OSD metering.
- Avoid if your main need is PC capture via USB (PC software workflow, stacking/mosaicing on PC, etc.).
- Please note it's Full HD. For very high-definition “photo publication”, a 12/20 MP MikroCam USB will be more suitable.
