This CNC-machined model has a matt interior finish and a glossy oxidized surface, giving it a high-end appearance and a pleasant feel to the touch. The sleek, integrated design makes this diagonal practical to carry and use.

Technical specifications

This diagonal is a high-precision optical device, featuring a high-precision flat mirror with a tolerance of less than 1/8 wavelength and a dielectric coating offering 99% reflectivity. These specifications enhance the mirror's performance and ensure high-quality reflection. It comes with a 2" eyepiece adapter and an SCT diagonal adapter, making it compatible with many astronomical telescopes. What's more, it is adaptable for use with 1.25" or 2" eyepieces, meeting the diverse needs of users.

Optical pathlength options

The diagonal offers several optical path length options depending on the adapter used:

1. With 1.25" adapter: the optical path length is 133 mm.
2. With 2" adapter: the optical path length is 123 mm.
3. In standard 2-inch adapter mode : the optical path length is 117 mm with the 1.25" adapter and 107 mm with the 2" adapter.

These different optical path lengths allow users to adapt to a variety of instrument configurations, offering flexibility to optimize their observing experience, whether for amateurs or advanced users.
