Visit Sky-Watcher Skymax 150 is a telescope Maksutov-Cassegrain from 150 mm in diameter,
designed to offer excellent resolution and a high contrast at high magnification.
Thanks to its 1800 mm long focal length (f/12), it is particularly well suited to observing
from lunar detailsand planetsand tight double stars and detailed study
brilliant deep-sky objects.

Its optics are based on a 150 mm primary mirror associated with a secondary mirror,
both benefiting from the Radiant™ Aluminum Quartz (RAQ™).
This top-of-the-range treatment ensures 94 % reflectivity, excellent durability
and stable optical performance over the long term, with high contrast and sharp images.

The Skymax 150 is supplied with a EQ5 equatorial mount, renowned for its robustness and precision,
ideal for celestial tracking thanks to its polar axis. It is mounted on a stainless steel tripod
tube-type 1,75″, for excellent visual stability.
A integrated polar finder holder makes it easy to set up stations for precise monitoring.

Focusing is performed by moving the primary mirror, a protected internal system
which preserves optical alignment and limits exposure to dust.
The telescope is supplied with a 2″ wide-field 28 mm eyepiecea
angled return 2″ / 50.8 mm and a 9×50 optical finder,
offering a complete, ready-to-watch package.
