Visit Sky-Watcher Evolux 62ED is an apochromatic ED doublet refractor designed for nomadic astrophotographers looking for a compact, lightweight, high-performance instrument. Inspired by the Evostar series, the Evolux introduces mechanical and optical improvements that make it an excellent choice for both imaging and visual observation.
Thanks to its optimized design, the Evolux 62ED is an excellent choice for light, mobile setups. It can also be used as a high-end guide scope. The optics, composed of two lenses including one in ED glass, keep chromatic aberrations to a minimum, while delivering a sharp, high-contrast image.
With the optional 0.9x reducer/flattenerwith an ED element, the system becomes a quadruplet with 2 ED lenses - ideal for full-frame imaging with a flattened field.
