Visit Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer Mini Wi-Fi (SAM) is a compact, high-precision camera tracking platformideal for long exposure photography, starry landscapes and time-lapse videos, day or night.
Ultra-light and discreet, the SAM slips easily into a backpack or camera bag. It's the ideal travel companion, even for expeditions to remote locations.
The SAM is equipped with a Integrated Wi-Fi and can be controlled using the free Star Adventurer Mini Console (available on Android and iOS). Installation is quick, and all settings (speeds, modes, triggers) are accessible via your phone.
The SAM can support heavier configurations, but is particularly recommended for standard lenses up to 55 mm focal length. A simple approximate polar alignment is all that's needed to obtain excellent results, even without extensive astronomical experience.
The Star Adventurer Mini can be mounted on any standard tripod thanks to its threaded connection. 1/4″ or 3/8″. Polar inclination can be adjusted directly via the tripod's ball-and-socket joint. For greater precision, especially with telephoto lenses, we recommend using the equatorial base (optional). The camera is attached by means of a ball joint (not included) or via the L-shaped support (also optional). A counterweight kit is also available for balancing heavier configurations.
