Controllable via ASIAIR / StellaVitacompatible ASCOM and INDIthe WandererCover V4-EC IR is the new generation of motorized flap panel. Ultra-light and robust, it differs from the classic V4-EC model in its direct control via infrared remote control - ideal for field and nomadic setups. No need for USB: a simple cable 12V is enough to manage everything.

FAQ

What's the difference with the classic V4-EC?
The IR model includes a infrared remote controlThis means it can be used without USB, and only with a 12V power supply. Easier for nomad setups and ASIAIR.

Do I need a PC to control it?
No, with the remote control you can open/close directly. For automation (NINA sequences, etc.), USB/ASCOM is still possible.

Is it compatible with ASIAIR?
Yes, with the latest firmware and DC output. Please note: not compatible with the ASIAIR integrated in some ZWO cameras.

Is the heating system automatic?
No, but it is controllable in NINA via plugin. It can be activated continuously to prevent humidity.

Can I use the remote control and ASCOM in parallel?
Yes, IR is an additional control mode that simplifies life on the move.
