Visit Sky-Watcher SmartPhoto+™ is a smartphone adapter designed to easily capture photos and videos through the eyepiece of your telescope. Ideal for getting started in mobile astrophotography, it lets you use your phone's camera to photograph the Moon, planets and other objects observed through the telescope.
The SmartPhoto+™ system is distinguished by its ease of use. The smartphone is held firmly in place thanks to foam-coated jaws that protect the device from scratches while ensuring excellent stability. The camera is easily positioned by moving the phone forwards, backwards or sideways to perfectly align the lens with the eyepiece.
The adapter attaches securely to the eyepiece with two plastic clamping screws. The model SmartPhoto+™ is supplied with a specially designed 20 mm photo eyepiece to facilitate image capture and enhance user comfort with smartphones.
The adapter is also compatible with Sky-Watcher eyepieces. Super-MA, Super Plössl and Ultrawide 1.25” (with rubber eyecup removed), as well as with many other brands” standard 1.25" eyepieces up to 34 mm in diameter.
Compatible with most modern smartphones between 54 and 90 mm, the SmartPhoto+™ represents a simple, fast and effective solution for making astronomical images easily with a cell phone.
