This 50 mm H-alpha solar telescope is designed for detailed observation of the solar chromosphere in the H-alpha line (656.28 nm). Thanks to its 50 mm aperture, it offers an excellent compromise between resolution, brightness and portability, revealing with precision the protuberances, filaments and fine surface details.

This version combines a B600 blocking filter - more comfortable than the B400 - at a rack & pinion eyepiece holder for stable, precise focusing.

H-alpha solar observation

Optimized to isolate the H-alpha band, this system makes it possible to observe :
