The LS50C double-stack filter, individually tested on Lunt precision metrology equipment, attaches directly to the front of the optical tube in seconds, without tools. This configuration places a 0.35 Å tilt-tuned standard in series with the 0.6 Å Pressure-Tuned internal standard, reducing the combined bandwidth to around 0.30 Å.

The results are spectacular: surface details gain in depth, filaments become more complex and active regions reveal their full magnetic architecture.
