A 114-mm Newton parabolic lens for high performance and versatility

Visit Heritage 114P is equipped with a 114 mm parabolic primary mirror, offering excellent performance both on :

• the Moon and its detailed relief
• the planets
• deep-sky objects (bright nebulae, clusters, galaxies)

With a 500 mm short focal length (f/4.38), This telescope delivers wide, bright fields, ideal for wide-field and deep-sky observation. The primary and secondary mirrors feature Radiant™ Aluminum Quartz (RAQ™), ensuring up to 94 % reflectivity, excellent durability and long-term contrast.

Virtuoso™ mount: stability, automatic tracking and total freedom

Visit Virtuoso™ computerized multi-function mount provides a stable and reliable base. Once a celestial object has been located, it provides a reliable automatic sidereal speed tracking, keeping the object centred in the field of vision.

The telescope can be moved automatically on both axes using the electronic racketwith five travel speeds, from fine-tuning to rapid movement.

Patented technology Freedom-Find™ dual encoder is one of the mount's great assets: it enables the telescope to be moved manually on both axes without losing alignment or position information. This offers great flexibility of use and remarkable comfort during observation sessions.

Intelligent support for photography and video

In addition to its astronomical capabilities, the Virtuoso™ mount integrates many advanced functions for automated photography (camera not included):

• Camera Cruising automatic shooting in up to 6 preset positions, with automatic shutter release
• Video & Time-Lapse smooth camera movement at constant speed, without pauses, with up to 6 programmable positions
• Panoramic/matrix photography long-distance panoramas of up to 360°.

A Canon-D electronic release cable is supplied (other Sky-Watcher cables available separately).
