WandererBox Pro V3 - PowerBox & USB hub for astro setup

Visit WandererBox Pro V3 is an all-in-one solution designed to simplify and secure the power supply of your astrophotography setup: multi-port DC distribution, USB hub, control of heating resistors and measuring conditions (temperature/humidity), all with a control interface designed for automation.

Power supply: 10 DC outputs to cover the entire observatory

• 1× 19V / 6A output (DC5525) Dedicated to mini-PCs (up to 120W+ peak). Tested under full load on Intel NUC 7 i7 and NUC 8 i7 (universal compatibility not guaranteed).
• 2× regulated outputs 5 to 13.2V / 5A (DC5521) : tension adjustable and ON/OFF switchable (the 2 ports share a total max current of 5A).
• 3× “Dew heater” outputs (DC5521) : independent control, It can be used for power control (PWM) or as a simple switch.
• 4× switchable 12V outputs (DC5521) 2 groups (2 ports per group), each group shares 8A max, ON/OFF switchable.
• 1× 12V “always-on” output (DC5525) : connected directly to the input, 10A max.

With a maximum input current 18A, The Pro V3 is designed for demanding configurations: cooled camera, mount, focuser, resistors, accessories... and even a mini-PC in the field or on remote control.

Integrated USB hub: 3× USB 3.1 + 6× USB 2.0 (all switchable)

• 3× USB 3.1 designed for cameras requiring high throughput, ON/OFF individually.
• 6× USB 2.0 for mounts, motors, accessories (2 sets of 3, ON/OFF by group).
• Shared USB power supply: 5V / 6A (can also power a USB dew heater).

Intelligent mist management + sensors included

The WandererBox Pro V3 is supplied with the necessary sensors (at no extra cost): 1× DHT22 sensor (temperature & humidity) and 3× temperature probes.

• Manual mode PWM duty-cycle setting (0-255) for power adjustment.
• Constant temperature mode Maintain target temperature.
• Dew point deviation“ mode” : maintain a temperature above the dew point to save energy
  and limit resistor overheating (to preserve image quality).

Stability, monitoring and protection (thought remote)

• Monitoring Input voltage/current + output current 19V and 5-13.2V (indicative values).
• Protections overvoltage, short-circuit, overcurrent, electrostatic.
• Intelligent cooling silent, magnetically levitated fan, automatic start
  only at high load (19V or 5-13.2V regulator) to avoid disrupting guidance.
• Cold weather design : announced operation up to -25°C.

Assembly & mechanical integration

• Threaded holes M6 and M4 on base for mounting on plate/structure.
• Compatibility with standard mounting kits Vixen / Losmandy (accessories).
• Indicators 19V / 12V / 5V for rapid diagnosis in the field.
