This lens warmer is designed to prevent your camera lens from fogging up and keep it dry during photo sessions, especially astrophotography. It attaches around the lens and delivers even heat to limit condensation.

Presentation in 3 aspects

1) The material: neoprene

The main fabric of this anti-fog strip is made of neoprene, different from ordinary fabrics. Neoprene is water-resistant, chemically stable and retains its flexibility over a wide temperature range. Thanks to its excellent durability, it is used for laptop covers, orthopedic splints, swimsuits, wetsuits, camera bags and much more.

After comparison with other anti-fog strips, we found that this material retains heat well, which can contribute to more energy-efficient use.

2) Power

Compatible with most external batteries in 5V. You can power it with a standard power bank featuring a 5V via a connector USB-A.

3) Temperature control (3 levels)

The lens warmer features 3 power levels, corresponding to temperature ranges :

• High temperature : 61°C to 75°C (141.8°F to 167°F)
• Average temperature : 50°C to 60°C (122°F to 140°F)
• Low-temperature : 40°C to 49°C (104°F to 120°F)

Test performed with an external battery (output: 5V, 2A) at an ambient temperature of 24°C to 25°C (75.2°F to 77°F).

How do I use it?

This lens warmer can be operated directly via the main cable. If you don't connect the control cable to the main cable, you can use the lens warmer as is.

1. Wrap the lens warmer around the lens.
2. Connect the USB cable to a external battery (continuous connection required).
3. Without a control cable, the lens warmer operates in the high beach (61°C to 75°C).

You can also connect control cable to the main cable to select the desired temperature range (low / medium / high).
