The field corrector designed for the Sky-Watcher Evoguide 50ED is an essential accessory for astrophotographers wishing to exploit the full potential of this compact telescope. Developed specifically for the Evoguide 50ED, it effectively corrects field curvature to obtain fine, perfectly punctual stars right to the edges of the image.
Its optical design two lenses ensures excellent field correction and considerably improves image quality for wide-field astrophotography. Thanks to its fully multilayer, This corrector maximizes light transmission while reducing stray reflections and loss of contrast.
The corrector offers a 28 mm corrected field of view and provides point stars on a 6° field, ideal for photographing large nebulae, open clusters and vast stellar regions. This quality of correction makes it particularly well-suited to compact astronomical cameras.
With a 17.5 mm back focus distance, It can be easily integrated into different imaging configurations. Its internal diameter of 1.25″ (31.7 mm) ensures optimum compatibility with standard astrophotography accessories.
The corrector also has an external thread. M42x0.75 (T2), The screw caps are made of green anodized aluminum, making them easy to connect to T-rings and numerous photo adapters. The green anodized aluminum screw caps provide excellent protection for the optics and give the whole unit an elegant, robust finish.
